Cameras

Camera disclosure. Camera by doorbell and in front of the garage.

Cancellation policy

Refunds apply to accommodation charges:

• At least 14 days before check-in: 100% refund.
• At least 7 but less than 14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

Cleaning fee. Fully refundable if the guest cancels before check-in.

Deadlines. Based on the scheduled check-in time, California time.

Early departures. No automatic refund for unused nights.

California grace period

This takes priority over the policy above. For reservations made 72 hours or more before check-in, guests have at least 24 hours after booking confirmation to cancel without penalty.

All amounts paid are refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected with your booking: $500 at The Arith House (Hanford) and $2,500 at The Dem Basil (Visalia).

How and when the deposit is returned after check-out is being confirmed.
